Tim Wong BPHE, RMT

In my career as a personal trainer, I often encountered clients hampered by pain or injury. To truly make an impact in their fitness goals, expertise in kinesiology and exercise alone was not enough. Something needed to change.
After experiencing my own serious ankle injury from soccer, my attitude towards injury prevention and management became personal.

I remember the endless appointments to specialists.
I remember the pain and my stability improving, just to inevitably return.
I remember being told that the consequences of my injury would follow me for the rest of my life.
I also remember refusing to accept defeat.

I furthered my learning in formal rehabilitative education to work in conjunction with my experience in exercise and personal training. My injury led me to achieving my designation in Registered Massage Therapy, investing in extensive training within the therapeutic arts, while accumulating years of diverse personal training experience.

Most importantly, I remember overcoming my own injuries,
and I remember the privilege of helping many others do the same.

Today, I offer a unique environment where training and guidance in exercise and fitness properly combines with therapeutic care and rehabilitation. My mission is to deliver tailored care and exceptional results to your fitness and therapy needs.

I look forward to our journey together.
