Gain better health.

Shorten your recovery time.
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, Movement Coach, Personal Trainer. I’m also a Power Lifter, Soccer Fanatic and Anatomy Nerd.
I’ve been treating and resolving the injuries, aches and pains of Toronto’s athletic community for the last 10 years.
I’ve helped hundreds of Torontonians aim towards life-time personal bests, dominate at their sport, without sacrificing their long term health and wellness.
But it wasn’t always like that…
I’ve been through my share of injuries and went to many therapists experiencing relief but without receiving any longer lasting solutions.
I went through it all:
The trying everything I could find on the internet and social media
The costly and time-wasting treatments
The lack of results and loss of hope
I wanted to throw in the towel and stop my goals of competing at a high level in Weightlifting and Soccer
Maybe you can relate?
Holistic Toronto Massage Therapy provides:
Integrative approach to identifying the root problem, effective correctional strategies, and producing long-lasting results.
Book an appointment, experience the best treatment, and leave feeling like a better version of yourself.
Here’s how it works:
I’ll take you through a comprehensive bio-mechanical and identify the source of your problem. Then I’ll explain the steps that’s needed to get you back on track towards reaching your fitness goals and doing the things you enjoy.
I’ll develop a tailored strategic plan designed specifically to you and your goals. This plan will allow you to become more physically resilient, pain-free, and quickly get back to your favourite activity effectively and efficiently.
Once your issues are resolved and you are moving efficiently without any pain or discomfort, I will implement exercise and therapeutic strategies to help solidify our results and to avoid future relapses of your issue. Consider this our method of “bulletproofing” your body against future wear and tear in your sport and daily life.
Pain is a very common symptom and can be caused by many different things. Muscle and joint pain can be caused by a variety of factors, such as injury, poor posture, overuse, or repetitive motion.
Most athletic injuries are developed over time and your body often leaves clues as to when they may happen in the future. A treatment at the Holistic Move helps to identify and mitigate these issues before they spiral out of control.
Tight muscles can cause the body to work harder during movement. An RMT treatment at the Holistic Move can help reduce full body tension and raise your game.
Bad posture can cause greater strain on your neck, shoulder and back. When coupled with years of intense exercise, it can create a recipe for further worsening of it. A treatment at The Holistic Move can help take care of that and help get you moving and feeling better than you have ever felt before.
Deep tissue massage Toronto is a type of bodywork that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It can be used to help with injury prevention, mobility, and recovery. The benefits of deep tissue massage are numerous. For one thing, it helps to increase blood flow in the body and provides relief for sore muscles. It also helps to improve range of motion by loosening tight muscles and improving flexibility. Learn more about The Holistic Move’s version of Deep Tissue Massage Toronto.
Fascial stretch therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on the fascia, which is a thin layer of tissue that surrounds muscles. This type of therapy has many benefits to offer and can be used for recovery and injury prevention. Fascial stretch therapy toronto is not a new concept but it has recently become more popular because of the research that supports its use. The benefits are well documented and include improved mobility, reduced pain, and faster recovery from injuries. This unique treatment is performed on the table using a set of straps to stabilize parts of the body during treatment. It is pain-free and benefits can be felt after the very first treatment.
Swedish Massage therapy is a time-tested and effective method to reduce stress, improve energy and focus, and recover from physical or mental exertion. Relaxation massage is a type of massage that focuses on the body’s natural ability to heal itself by relaxing the nervous system as a whole, allowing increases of blood flow towards muscles, and providing a sense of peace. The benefits of relaxation massage are many and it is an often under-rated treatment for high stress individuals to recover from the physical and mental demands of their sport and in life.
As an RMT, I will continue to offer high-quality therapeutic massage therapy treatments. In addition, with my additional education and training in functional neurology, I can offer patients an integrative approach that often has many longer-lasting benefits. Using a functional neurology-based therapy like P-DTR, we identify the movements that cause your symptoms, perform a specific treatment, retest the same movement after treatment, then provide you with the appropriate exercises for “homework” to solidify our results. Rest assured, I am also Certified and Licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
I often hear from my patients that they have tried nearly everything to resolve their issues or meet their fitness goals. Since every case is unique, this is why I have an initial assessment appointment for first timer visitors. It allows me to understand the problem better, ask the proper questions, and recommend the best treatment for your needs.
Prices and my availability can be found on my Massage online booking calendar
NKT and P-DTR are two advanced treatments that focus on locating the root cause and correcting the functional imbalances within the body. Using precise manual muscle tests, an experienced therapist can quickly find the root of many dysfunctions that is causing your pain or discomfort and treating it.
